ELISA KIT FOR QUANTITATION OF PROTEIN A (FOR RESEARCH)

This double sandwich ELISA utilizes polyclonal anti-protein A antiserum as a capture antibody and biotynilated anti-protein A monoclonal antibody and streptavidin-peroxidase as the detecting antibody.

Each kit contains :

	A 96 well, 12 strip plate, pre-coated with a polyclonal capture antibody.
	Biotinylated, monoclonal detection antibody.
	Streptavidin-peroxidase.
	Protein A standards.
	A complete set of buffers and reagents needed to perform an ELISA.

	Sensitive: detects less than 0.48 ng/ml of protein A.
